Items sold are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item does not match the website description.
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete.
- The order was not delivered within the stated delivery period.
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers must provide the order details, clear photos, and an unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item received.
Approved items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection. Requests made after 24 hours, without sufficient evidence, or involving damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
